About the event

Make Your Own Wedding Flowers Workshop

13th June — 10am–4pm

Lima Gardens — The Tack Room

The workshop takes place in the beautifully renovated Tack Room at Lima Gardens. Spend a full day learning how to create your own wedding flowers with sustainable florist and flower farmer Ellen Firth, joined by Lima Gardens’ Head Gardener and florist Jenny Hunt. Ellen grows seasonal flowers for weddings and events across North Wales, and Jenny brings over 25 years of horticultural and floristry experience, including specialist growing of varieties such as dahlias, which feature in many of our designs.

Together we collaborate on weddings throughout the year, combining our skills in natural, garden‑led design. Many of the flowers used in our wedding work are grown between our two sites, and we also offer DIY flower buckets, helping you create a bespoke mix of ingredients for arranging your own designs.
