2. Products and Services
Firth Flock Flowers provides fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, DIY flower buckets, and related floral services. We also offer an online store for purchasing floral products and services. All items are subject to availability, and product details are provided on the relevant product pages.
Due to the nature of seasonal flowers, we may need to substitute blooms or foliage. Substitutions will be made with blooms of equivalent value, quality, and appearance.
3. Pricing and Payments

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment options provided on our website.

We reserve the right to update our pricing without notice. However, once an order is placed, the price confirmed at checkout will apply.

Online payments are processed securely. We do not store credit or debit card details on our systems.
4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.

Firth Flock Flowers reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. In this case, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

For DIY Flower Buckets and custom wedding flowers, we recommend booking well in advance to ensure availability.
5. Delivery and Collection

We offer delivery within the local area (Ruthin and surrounding areas). Delivery fees and timeframes will be outlined at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak periods (e.g., weddings, holidays).

For DIY Flower Buckets and other larger orders, collection from our farm may be arranged.

If no one is available to accept delivery, we may leave the flowers in a safe place. If this is not possible, a redelivery charge may apply.
6. Cancellation and Refunds

Online Store Purchases: Orders for non-perishable items can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate a return, please contact us via email. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. A refund will be processed once we receive the returned goods.

Perishable Items (e.g., Flowers): Due to the nature of fresh flowers, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Custom Orders (e.g., Weddings): Custom floral orders, including bridal arrangements and DIY Flower Buckets, require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in a forfeiture of any payments made. Please contact us as soon as possible if your event is rescheduled or cancelled.
7. Workshops
Private workshops for wedding parties can be arranged upon request. Full payment is required to secure your booking. Workshop cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
8. Liability
Firth Flock Flowers cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from delays in delivery, incorrect orders, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
We take every care to ensure that our flowers are in excellent condition when dispatched, but we cannot guarantee longevity once they have been delivered, especially if not cared for according to our guidelines.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Firth Flock Flowers website, including text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Firth Flock Flowers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from us.
